Cross hanger for safe lifting of heavy bariatric patients — open lift with space for the stomach

The 400kg Cross hanger is used when there is a need for an open lift, featuring a greater distance between the back straps and leg straps of the hanger. This makes it particularly suitable for moving patients with a large stomach or obese patients up to 400kg.

The 500kg Cross hanger is used when a very large distance between the back and leg straps of the rack is required, and is therefore primarily for lifting and moving very obese bariatric patients.

The 400kg Cross hanger is suitable for use with Guldmann GH1 and GH3 ceiling hoists, GL5 mobile lifter, and all Guldmann lifting slings.

The 500kg Cross hanger is compatible with the Guldmann GH3+ and GH3 Twin ceiling hoists combined with a connection hanger and all the Guldmann bariatric lifting slings.

To get even more flexibility in the patient’s position in the sling, the advantages available from a range of sling straps can be exploited. These can be supplemented with extension straps – to open the hip angle of the patient still further, for example.

The Cross hanger has four suspension points, (500kg weighs 8.8kg) and (400kg weighs 4.6kg) — made of stainless steel, powder coated in white.
