The unique design features of the MINUET electrically-operated bed gives greater independence to the user and significantly reduces the workload of the carer.

User Independence Many activities in daily life will be made so much easier with the MINUET electrically profiling bed, providing a "real tool for living". Greater independence brings increased confidence and wellaway. Instead of calling for help if reaching for something or trying to sit up to read or eat, the electrical controls of the MINUET bed ensure the freedom to do everyday things independently. Electrical Profiling The four-section MINUET beds take away most of the stress and strain of coping with restricted movement - for both user and carer. The smooth quiet operation allows for effortless positioning for optimum comfort and convenience. The provision of a knee-break helps to reduce shearing forces and prevents users from slipping down the bed. This eliminates the need for frequent re-positioning by the carer and greatly reduces the risk of handling injuries. The two-section MINUET beds have a rising backrest only.

Unique Low Height Position Getting in and out of bed is no longer a chore when the MINUET bed glides down to a low level of just 23cm (9.2"). What's more, when using special pressure area care mattresses and overlays, the additional height is compensated for by the MINUET bed's superior low position.
