LMT5 – For the treatment of facial muscles in stroke victims.


Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) currently is one of the most commonly used forms of electroanalgesia. A gentle electrical current is passed through electrodes which are taped to the skin near the site of the pain. Because the machines are quite portable and easy to use, people can use them at home.

Also with EMS, Electric Muscle Stimulation, which may assist with the strengthening of weak facial muscles in stroke victims.
